5 Min Mug Chocolate Pudding

I am just stopping by today to teach you how to make this ridiculous easy and very comforting 5 minutes Mug Chocolate Pudding.    It is so simple that I am even embarrassed to call it a recipe.

It is also one of the very few things I use the microwave for and can be easily be made in the office during the coffee break ;-)

5 Min Mug Chocolate Pudding

Serves: 2  |  Costs: $ |  Difficulty: Easy |  Time: 5 min

  • 4 Tablespoons self raising flour
  • 4 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 Tablespoons milk
  • 3 Tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 Tablespoons white chocolate chips
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Divide the batter between two microwave proof mugs
  3. Microwave them for 1:30-2 min – the top should be firm but it should still be gooey inside, it is not going to be completely set as a cake.   Time will vary according to your microwave.
  4. Let it cool down and set for 10 min before serving (if you can!)
